If wrong color or item was shipped like clip ins,keratin tip hair, track hair, weaving hair extensions,wigs, ponytails etc will be accepted within 3 days after you receive the product, The merchandise must be sent back at your expense in original condition, it cannot be combed, brushed, washed, cut or altered to tags/packaging in anyway with products will be ineligible for a return. You must request a return authorization number, except. Unauthorized returns will be sent back at customers expense.If wrong item shipped return is returned that's not the original product and exchanged out with a product that was not shipped could lead to fraud charges.
